Backup and Restore

In computers, Backup is the method of making copies of your precious data so that these copies can be used to restore the original data after data loss event. Backups are generally useful for two purposes:
1. To restore a state following a disaster (known as disaster recovery)
2. To restore selected files after they have been deleted accidentally
